STUNNING F.ILLI RIZZINI R1 EXTRA 12 BORE LIGHTWEIGHT EJECTOR GAME GUN WITH MAKERS CASE.

This exceptional gun was manufactured in 1978. Bbl length is 28 1/2” and are of chopper lump construction . Full length smooth tapered game rib engraved “F.illi Rizzini Magno V.T.“. Bbl flats are marked with the serial number, proof date (1978), makers name, & stamped for 70mm (2 3/4”). Slim beaver tail forend is checkered in a point pattern and fitted with an Anson type push button release. The forearm iron is engraved with full coverage fine scroll & the escutcheon is beautifully accented with floral engraving. Coin finished side lock action with single non-selective trigger is also fully engraved with extremely fine & attractive tightly executed full coverage scroll pattern engraving and floral engraved accents on the screw heads. Beaded fully tight scroll engraved fences. The trigger plate is signed and dated by master engraver Patelli W. 78 (Patelli Walter in 1978), frame marked “F.illi Rizzini” on bottom of left side, “Magno, VT” on bottom of right side, & “Extra” on the bottom, otherwise nearly all other surfaces are covered with the flawlessly executed tight scroll pattern. Top tang is inlayed with gold inlaid “Sigura” (Safe) in front of two position safety checkered button. Buttstock is a highly figured straight grip Circassian walnut and terminates with a modern Silver’s type red recoil pad and is checkered in point pattern through the wrist with long tang trigger guard engraved en suite.
