The advanced collector spent a considerable effort and thoroughly enjoyed amassing this phenomenal collection. Winchester introduced the first commemorative in 1964. The beauty and craftsmanship of these firearms grabbed attention from collectors across the globe.
There are a plethora of variations and examples in this collection that are exceedingly rare. Some of these firearms were solely produced for foreign markets and others were only produced in very small numbers. The engraving performed on many of these firearms are true works of art. There are a number of examples in this auction that were engraved by Master engraver Cesare Giovanelli including the elaborately engraved U.S Constitution (Only 17 produced), Statue of Liberty (Only 50 produced), 1 of 1000 European Editions, Italian Anagni (Only 25 produced) and many more.
