Gouache and ink illustration depicts men in tricorn hats with rifles; some in uniform with leaded weapons. Some women and children on horseback, a frontiersman leaning against a tree with a coonskin cap and powder horn observing the passerby. Signed lower right “Norman Price”. Housed in a molded golden gilt frame, matted under glass.
