LOT 2269. NEAR NEW REMINGTON MODEL 700 CLASSIC 1983 LIMITED EDITION BOLT ACTION RIFLE WITH MATCHING FACTORY BOX

24″. Model 700 Classic Limited Edition bolt action rifle mfg. by Remington in 1983. Left side of the bbl. is marked with Remington’s mfg. information and the cal. designation, with the left side of the receiver being marked with the S#, followed by the Remington trademark logo above “MODEL 700”. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the aluminum trigger guard and hinged floorplate, which exhibit a black enamel type finish. Bolt body is jeweled. 1-piece checkered wood pistol grip buttstock, with Remington brown rubber recoil pad. Receiver is factory drilled and tapped. Bolt is matching to the receiver via “3146”, which is electro-penciled on the body. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching factory box, containing factory paperwork.
