S# 11521. Bbl
22″, round. Blade front with 2-leaf rear sight. Breech block with pull-out latch and hooded firing pin pivots to the left for loading. Island lock has Joslyn Firearms Co. address and 1864 date. Band-fastened walnut stock has case-colored iron fittings. Left ear has a saddle ring and two “FDL” cartouches.
