Bbl. 21″ round. Blade front w/ single leaf rear sight. Case colored action has guide screw on right side w/ saddle ring & bar on left side. Blued breech block tips down for loading. Band fastened forend & straight grip walnut stock w/ sling swivel & steel carbine buttplate. Approx. 43,000 sold to the U.S.,1863-65.
