Bbl. 24″ octagon w/ standard sporting sights & special order Lyman 438-Field telescopic sight w/ standard crosshairs. F grade engraving features vignette of a squirrel on right side w/ 2 cottontail rabbits on left side. Scenes are surrounded by vine type foliate scroll & fancy borders that extend to upper & lower action areas as well as the breech end of the bbl. Forearm & rare special order straight grip stock of fancy thin shell walnut w/ crescent steel buttplate have factory F grade checkering. Mfg. 1910.
