RARE DOCUMENTED FACTORY ENGRAVED & SILVER PLATED COLT 1908 HAMMERLESS POCKET SEMI AUTO PISTOL WITH PEARL GRIPS & FACTORY LETTER

Bbl. 3 3/4″. Seldom encountered in any condition, John Brunner states in the Spring 1995 article published in The Rampant Colt (page 57), “303 in caliber 380 were engraved”. Article additionally states that a mere 19 of the 380s we silver plated beginning with S# 8962 in 1911. Sides of frame, slide, front and back straps accented with Class A style floral scroll engraving with punch dot background. Pistol is stocked with 2 piece mother of pearl grips having Rampant Colt medallions.
