Bbl. 24″ octagon w/ original sporting sights. Action has E grade hand engraving featuring a squirrel on the right side & 2 cottontail rabbits on the left. Scenes are surrounded by arabesque scroll & wavy borders that continue to upper & lower receiver areas as well as breech end of bbl. Top of receiver has portrait of a dog. Special order straight grip stock & forearm of outstanding Circassian walnut w/ hand engraving & crescent steel buttplate. Mfg. 1911.
