FINE FRENCH BISQUE DOLL WTIH PAPERWEIGHT EYES

3rd quarter 19th century, France. Probably Jumeau. The doll with reddish-brown hair and plumed hat. head wtih delicate features and even complexion with brown paperweight glass eyes and closed mouth. Handstitched if not original period clothing including leather shoes. Doll with kid leather body. Lower edge of base of head is impressed with a “j”. SIZE: 17″ l.
