EXCEPTIONAL AND LARGE PAIR OF EARLY IRIS ROSEWOOD MARBLE TOP PEDESTALS

Circa 1800, Ireland. Each pedestal with white marble top above the conforming frieze raised on three carved winged lions supporting a central wood bowl, raised on a conforming mahogany and rosewood platform base on rolled feet. Each pedestal is elaborately detailed with foliate scroll work throughout and exhibits the best in Irish craftsmanship of the period.
