Circa 1951. Gouache and watercolor on paper depicting a nighttime procession with cross and pronounced yellow tones through the parades’ center with the figures in procession wearing dark robes against a mottled dark sky. Signed lower edge of center “Diego Rivera 51″. Housed in an ebony and gold gilt carved frame, matted with gold liner under glass. SIZE: overall 15″ x 17 1/2″, sight 6 1/2″ x 8 1/2”.
