RARE NORTHWEST COAST GOAT HORN SPOON WITH TOTEMIC CARVED HANDLE

2nd half 19th century. This exceptional example with translucent shaped bowl continuing to the curved and tapered handle with deeply carved frog with abalone eyes, otter and fish terminating in a rope twist narwhal form tusk. The surfaces are nicely polished. SIZE: 13″ l.
