2nd half, 20th century. Oil on canvas depicts a solitary hunter standing by the river with snow capped mountains in the distance. Small boats can be observed in the middle distance. Signed lower left “Codman”. Housed in a wood gold leaf molded frame with good gesso decoration. SIZE: overall 27″ x 33″, sight 18″ x 24″.
