According to Jan Still, in the book Third Reich Lugers, this example was one of 2,550 Lugers that were made in 1937 in the range 7300-10000. It has a drift adjustable front sight and V-notch rear sight. “H/K” logo “KRIEGHOFF/ SUHL” on the front toggle link. Full serial number appearing under barrel, left side of barrel extension, and forward frame. Disassembly shows all matching numbers and appropriate acceptances. Matching stainless steel extruded magazine, unmarked except for plug.
