Built on the X-Frame The Safari Club International Big 5 Commemorative features roll engraving w/ 24 Kt. Gold inlays of the African Big 5 animals; Leopard, Lion,Cape Buffalo, Rhino, and Elephant. Hi luster finish 8 3/8″ serrated top barrel w/ muzzle brake. Black blade front & white outline micrometer click adjustable rear sights. 5 shot fluted cylinder. .430″ checkered hammer & .400″ smooth trigger. Full length barrel lug.
Barrel marked on left side; “500 S&W MAGNUM / BIG 5 COMMEMORATIVE” & Rhino’s w/ gold inlay. Barrel marked on right side; “SMITH & WESSON / SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL” & Elephants w/ gold inlay. Right sideplate engraved w/ all of the Big 5 animals in gold inlay and “BIG FIVE”. Receiver marked w/ SCI logo & “ONE OF 300”. Smooth front strap & backstrap. High quality, smooth white plastic grips.
