Bbls. 26-3/4″ with hand matted solid rib. Right side of bbl. is marked “S.A. Luigi Franchi Brescia”. Boss style sidelock action has full coverage of finely executed rose and scroll engraving that extends to forearm iron. Double triggers and ejectors. Trim field style forearm with Anson opener and capped pistol grip stock of fancy European walnut with left hand cheek piece with tear drop points. LOP: 13-5/8″ over original buttplate. DAC: 1-1/2″. DAH: 2-3/4″. Bore diameter: U .722″, O .722″. Choke constriction: U opens to diameter .731″ at muzzle, O cyl. bore. Minimum wall thickness: U .036″, O .030″. WEIGHT: 7 lbs, 2 ozs.
UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: leather luggage case with maker’s label. Case has faded cloth interior showing considerable wear. Bbls. have 1940 date.
