Oil on canvas depicts a winter scene with a valley floor. A large farm with several red barns against a mountain backdrop. Foreground with a meandering stream open water with ice. Heavy snow covers the ground and the scene is amidst dense snowfall. Signed lower left. Housed in gilt carved wood frame. There is an exhibition label from the Carnegie Institute, Pittsburgh, PA. on the reverse.
SIZE: 30″ x 30″. Overall is 41 1/2″ x 41 1/2″.
